Updated: Feb 2, 2023

We all have them. The important part, is understanding them. Grow from them, but do NOT let them hold you back!

I have worked in retail management/customer Service for more than 25 years. I have seen the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly when it comes to all things retail. For the past 13 years, I have been in a leadership position with Home Depot.

As of last Tuesday, I am no longer employed by the company. There are a number of reasons for this. Just like the seasons change, people change and it was time to move on. I will go into more detail as we progress along with this journey, so make sure you subscribe.

I want to stop right here and ensure that we are all on the same page. I love Home Depot and will always be a champion for the company. They took great care of me and my family for many years. This is not a site that will bash the company. I loved my time being orange.

One of the things I was often told was a big strength for me, was generating routines. Project Management and my propensity to be very organized. All of this while generating positive sales results. Just to be blunt, I get things done (Execution is KEY) with detail and Success! This blog will be focused on sharing and teaching these KEY Elements.

  4. Technology and Tools that will help with all of the above
